It works for me so I thought about sharing it with you. Simply write down your obstacles that held you back on the left hand side of a blank sheet of paper with a line down the middle, dividing it in half.
So there are your obstacles written down, taken out of your head and put on paper. It’s surprising how much that helps the subconscious. Now take all the time you need and write the solution to each obstacle on the right hand side of the same piece of paper. Be honest and realistic.
Review on a monthly basis to make sure you stay on track. Watch the fitness results magic. Good luck with it all in 2018. I am here to help if you need me.
