On Body Change Versus Dieting


Most of us will be will be on a weight loss mission over the next 10 weeks or so. Consider the following.....

"Body change can NOT be looked at through the lens of "I am going to do something and see if it will work".
it needs to be looked at as "I am going to stop dieting and instead engage in the process of learning my own fat loss formula.  I am then going to practice what I have learned again and again and over and over slowly refining my techniques and adding more knowledge and understanding about my unique metabolism. 

I acknowledge that there is no such thing as a program I will do that will guarantee me a result I want.  Instead I need to design the program in a way that will automatically generate the results with out me having to DO anything. When I get it right, I will know it.  It will be easy and sustainable and something that was generated from me."

The ME Diet is about you.  It is about you discovering your own fat loss formula.  It is not a program to be followed as if it is a definitive protocol.  It is a flexible blueprint that you get to manipulate and learn, and practice and discover and master in time. When you think like a dieter you get the results of a dieter.  Instead become the detective and immerse yourself in the discovery process.  Let that become what drives you and motivates you and you cannot fail.
